InFlow
Terms of Service
1. Overview
InFlow is a web application that generates jazz solos over chord changes. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the site and services.
By using InFlow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You may need an account to use some features (for example, saving history or using paid plans). You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate registration information.
- Keeping your login credentials secure.
- All activity under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use InFlow for any illegal purpose.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
- Disrupt or interfere with the site, servers, or networks.
4. Generated Content
InFlow generates musical content (for example, solos and lead sheets) based on your inputs. You are responsible for how you use that content (including rights, licensing, and performance). We do not guarantee that generated material is unique or free of third‑party rights.
5. Intellectual Property
The InFlow code, design, and service are owned by the developer, except where third‑party libraries are used under their own licenses. You retain any rights you have in your own inputs (for example, custom chord progressions you enter).
6. Paid Features
If InFlow offers paid plans or upgrades, additional terms may apply (for example, billing through Stripe or another provider). Unless required by law, all fees are non‑refundable once a billing period has started.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
InFlow is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or free of security vulnerabilities.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of InFlow.
9. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may update or change InFlow at any time. We may also update these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Contact
If you have questions about these Terms, contact the developer at the email address shown in the app or associated documentation.
